I will have a rental car, so driving or walking are both options. Also, does anyone know the cost of daily parking at the convention center?

Looks like both the Doubletree Hotel at 185 Union Ave and the Hampton Inn & Suites at 175 Peabody Place are close. Oh those, I’d probably pick the Doubletree – I’d think you could walk fairly easily and you wouldn’t have to pay for parking both at your hotel and the convention center.

Summer is close, so I need some great advice.

Absolutely, positively, without a doubt NONE!!! Save your money and stay away from any and all AB machines if your interested in showing off a six pack.

For the upper abs, focus on crunches which effectively work the abdominals better than sit-ups or any machine on the market.

For the lower abs, keep in mind there is very little muscle tissue there so decreasing levels of body fat is the most effective way to bring out the best in this area.

Regarding exercises for the lower abs, you need to try and disengage your hip flexors (psoas muscles) as much as possible so that they don’t override any efforts to contract your abs. That’s why it’s very important to never anchor your feet under any fixed device when doing situps.

Hanging leg raises, v-situps and reverse curls are among some of the best exercise for this region.
Always make sure your pelvis curls up to maximize lower abdominal contraction during these exercises.

Whistler-Blackcomb in BC. Ca. Next Banff in Alberta, Ca. then Try some of the resorts around the California- Nevada border/ Lake Tahoe area, Also the resort complexes around Aspen, Vail, or Steamboat Springs in Colorado, USA. These are all larger resorts and have a need for many people to run their operations. The smaller resort areas have a smaller demand for people so your chances of finding a job are less.
Whistler will host the winter Olympic Alpine events in 2010 and they are big, lots of work, lots of party and lots and lots of terrain with a mile vertical and miles of runs. Lots of snow that changes all day long.

basically I am looking for public transportation like bus or train, I don’t mind getting as close as possible and then walking a mile or two or taking a taxi, but I would rather not take a taxi the whole way as it can get expensive.
